Manolis Manousakis

Manolis Manousakis (Athen, Griechenland) arbeitet seit 1998 als Komponist und Sounddesigner. Seine Werke umfassen Kompositionen für kleine Ensembles, Soli, elektroakustische Kompositionen, Videokunst und Multimediashows. Er komponierte die Originalmusik für Theatershows, Dokumentationen, Fernsehserien, Filme und Theatertanzshows. Als Sounddesigner arbeitet er sowohl in Spielfilmprojekten, Dokumentarfilmen, Werbung, Theater und Kurzfilmen. Ausgiebig nahm er die Landschaft Griechenlands auf und war an großen Klangprojekten wie »SoundscapesLandscapes«, einer Klangwanderung in Athen Griechenland, Beirut, Montreal, Kreta und dem Dorf Sellasia Sparta beteiligt. Er ist Mitbegründer von Medea Electronique synergy of Artists und Koumaria Residency.
