Anna Bakinovskaia

Anna Bakinovskaia (Shauchenka) was born in Belarus. After receiving a bachelor’s degree in History of Art, Cultural Heritage and Tourism Management from the European Humanities University in Minsk, she completed a master’s degree in Cultural Education at the Institute of Political Science at Pierre Mendes University in Grenoble and coordinated projects for the Association Patrimoine sans Frontières, Le Centre d’étude sur l’Evaluation de la Protection dans le domaine Nucléaire (CEPN), and the Association pour le Contrôle de la Radioactivité de l’Ouest (ACRO).

From 2008 to 2014 she worked at the European Humanities University Vilnius as a teacher and curator of the BA program »Cultural Heritage Tourism« and coordinated a collaborative project with the State University of New York. She has also been active as a blogger for Licorne Magazine and as an assistant at Neue Kunst Gallery in Karlsruhe. Since September 2020, she has been responsible for accessibility issues in the artistic operations office of Theater Rampe in Stuttgart. As a member of the Rampe 23 working group, she helped organize the »If you got it give it« project and the line change project. Since September 2022, Anna Bakinovskaia has also been responsible for artistic projects with Eastern European artists and composers at Musik der Jahrhunderte in Stuttgart, with a focus on Belarus.
